Wallpaper Online UK strongly advise that a sample of the wallpaper(s) is ordered prior to buying your wallcovering. Wallpaper Online UK endeavours to ensure that we provide the best representation of the wallpapers on our site; however your monitor may view the colours differently. Wallpaper samples are charged at £2.50 per sample. This amount is fully refunded upon placement of your order. You will receive a voucher code by separate email upon placement of order to the total value spent. Your voucher code can only be used once and is valid for a period of 3 calendar months from date of issue. Due to high postage cost for overseas sample orders, the cost of postage paid may be deducted from your voucher code.
When you place your order online, Wallpaper Online UK will send you a confirmation email. Delivery is £15.00 per order. Delivery rates stated on the website are for within mainland UK only and will generally be within three working days from date of order, however individual delivery dates are stated alongside the wallpaper ranges. If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will be by courier, during the working week, and will need to be signed for upon arrival. Certain products will need to be delivered to a business address only. Express deliveries are available at an extra cost. European and International orders will generate tracking details when despatched. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct product and quantity has been received. We advise that a sample is sent to the third party for verification. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising. We advise that you do not book your Decorators until your wallpaper has been delivered. Wallpaper Online UK will not be held responsible for any cancelled Decorators fees.
Refunds cannot be given by Wallpaper Online UK Ltd for either wallcovering, fabric or adhesive ordered; therefore it is imperative that you ensure that the quantity of wallpaper and you order is correct.
